Housing Weld Technician - 3rd Shift
We are looking for a talented Housing Weld Technician to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our Cummins Inc. facility in Fletcher, NC.
About the role
Performs skilled activities which support manufacturing business needs. Selects and uses appropriate tools, machinery and specialty equipment. Learns and understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment. May work independently and instruct or coach others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety: Stop work and report any major injury hazards immediately to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience. Welding Certification is preferred but not required.
Pay
Salary range: $56,800 – $85,200 per year. Shift premium: $1.00 per hour.
Schedule
11:15 PM – 7:15 AM, Sunday – Thursday.
