3rd shift - Maintenance Technician
About the role
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance (e.g., lubrication, inspections, adjustments)
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems using appropriate tools, manuals, and schematics
- Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI
- Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress
- Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals and support plant operations
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall maintenance and production efficiency
Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge You Will Bring
- A high school diploma (or GED) is required
- One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required
- Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required
