Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school or equivalent degree
- 2-3 years experience in the construction field
- Ability to obtain lead renovator certification
- Ability to lift up to 50#
- To climb ladders
- To work in confined spaces
- Experience using trade tools
- Solid knowledge of construction safety measures
- A valid driver's License
