About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor residents' health and safety, reporting any concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Facilitate communication between residents and external services like healthcare providers and social workers.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with residents.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy.
