We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Who We Are", "Why Join Copa Health?" (benefits), "Starting Pay", "Who We're Looking For", "Key Responsibilities", "Qualifications". Also "Benefits" details. Need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need sections: About the role? Could be "About the role" from "Who We're Looking For" description. Could also have "Responsibilities" from "Key Responsibilities". "Qualifications" from "Qualifications". "Benefits" from "Why Join Copa Health?" and list of benefits. "Pay" from "Starting Pay: $20.61 DOE". "Schedule"? Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove "Copa Health, is an Equal Opportunity Employer – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law. Pre-Employment Criminal Background and Drug Testing Required. EOE. Sign on and retention incentives are subject to change." That's boilerplate, remove. Also remove "Who We Are At Copa Health, we are committed to People First, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and impact. We support individuals and families across Arizona through high-quality behavioral health and integrated care services while also investing in the growth and well-being of our team." That's maybe "About the company"? Not required as a heading? Could be part of "About the role"? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. The "Who We Are" is about the company, not the role. Could we include as a short paragraph under maybe no heading? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid having a paragraph without heading. But they prefer sections with headings only when there is real content. We could include a short

for the "Who We Are" before any heading? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not boilerplate but description of company. Might be okay to include as a

without heading. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine "Who We Are" and "Why Join Copa Health?" into Benefits? Actually "Why Join Copa Health?" is benefits. So we could have sections: About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and Who We're Looking For?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Let's extract substantive content: Who We Are: At Copa Health, we are committed to People First, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and impact. We need to output HTML with

headings for each section we include. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: Perhaps "About the role" (combining Who We Are and Who We're Looking For?), "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Benefits", "Pay". Could also have "About Copa Health" but not required. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should stick to those headings where applicable. "Requirements" could be used instead of Qualifications? They list Qualifications as a heading option. We'll use "Qualifications". For benefits, use "Benefits". For pay, use "Pay". For responsibilities, use "Responsibilities". For about the role, use "About the role". We'll not include Skills unless we have specific skills list; we don't. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package" is part of benefits list; we can keep as a bullet. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from benefits, responsibilities, qualifications. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove "Who We Are" maybe we incorporate into About the role? Actually About the role should describe the role, not the company. But we have "Who We're Looking For" which describes the role. We could use that as About the role content. The "Who We Are" is company description; maybe we can include as a short paragraph before any heading? The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. This is not metadata but company overview; maybe we can include as a

without heading, but they prefer few sections. Could we include it as part of About the role? Might be okay to combine: About the role includes both company mission and role description. That seems acceptable. Thus About the role

will contain: At Copa Health, we are committed to People First, fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and impact. We support individuals and families across Arizona through high-quality behavioral health and integrated care services while also investing in the growth and well-being of our team. We’re seeking Full-Time Housing Support Specialist that supports individuals and families in housing and community settings by promoting safety, independence, and quality of life. This role combines direct behavioral health support with skill building, service coordination, resource linkage, and resident advocacy to help individuals maintain stable housing and achieve personal goals. That preserves both. Now Responsibilities

        with each bullet. Qualifications
with each bullet (including age, education/experience options, etc.) Benefits
            with each bullet. Pay

Starting Pay: $20.61 DOE We must not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: none. Now ensure we don't include any heading that has no content. All sections have content. Now produce HTML fragment: no or . Just the elements. We'll output:

            About the role

            ...

            Responsibilities

            • ...
            • ...

            Qualifications

              ...

            Benefits

              ...

            Pay

            Starting Pay: $20.61 DOE

Make sure to preserve punctuation exactly as in source? We can keep as is. Now check each bullet: Responsibilities bullets: - Promotes and fosters a supportive, respectful, and inclusive community environment that enhances the well-being and stability of individuals and families served. - Teaches and coaches individuals in life skills development, including financial literacy, employment readiness, housekeeping, shopping, and meal planning, while promoting tenant rights, independence, and self-advocacy. - Supports the implementation of treatment plans, behavior plans, SMART goals, and recovery-oriented services. - Provides resources and referrals to community agencies and service providers. - Develops and maintains resource directories and tracks service utilization. - Monitors external service providers to ensure continuity and quality of care. - Assists residents in accessing benefits, healthcare, and social services. Qualifications bullets: - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Minimum HS diploma/GED and two (2) – three (3) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR - An associate degree and one (1) - two (2) years of relevant experience in a behavioral health setting; OR - A Bachelor’s degree (related or non-related) in the behavioral health field plus one (1) year of relevant experience in behavioral health. - Experience in working with multi-cultural and low socio-economic individuals. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. - Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire - Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable
