Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized housing plans
- Connect individuals with available housing resources
- Facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management
- Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to create effective solutions for housing stability
- Document client information and track progress using software tools
Schedule
Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of housing regulations and social services
- Experience in case management or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Empathetic and team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
