Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized housing plans
• Connect individuals with available housing resources
• Facilitate workshops to educate clients about their housing rights and financial management
• Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to create effective solutions for housing stability
• Document client information and track progress using software tools

Schedule

Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Understanding of housing regulations and social services
• Experience in case management or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Empathetic and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications

An Associate's Degree in Social Services or a related field, coupled with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
