Application Processor

Responsibilities

• Work closely with recruiters throughout the onboarding process to collect and process paperwork from truck driver applicants
• Complete compliance processing and background checks, reviewing returned results to ensure standards are met
• Enter applicant data into the database accurately and efficiently
• Run reports and verify experience against qualification standards
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before final approval by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
• Data entry, compliance, onboarding, or high-volume administrative experience; trucking industry experience is not required
