Housing Relationship Coordinator

Beacon Hill is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the St. Louis area to find a Residential Property Manager. This role supports individuals and families in affordable housing communities, focusing on relationship-building, resource coordination, and resident support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly budget planning with families
• Connect residents with community resources and partner agencies
• Coordinate program requirements, volunteer opportunities, and family development plans
• Provide individualized support to help residents overcome barriers to long-term stability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
