About the role
The Housing Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness, including outreach, case management, and coordination of resources.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to identify and engage individuals experiencing homelessness
- Provide case management services to support clients in accessing housing and other essential needs
- Coordinate with community partners to secure resources and services for clients
- Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local housing and social service resources
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay
$25.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
