Housing Outreach Coordinator

About the role

The Housing Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing direct services to individuals experiencing homelessness, including outreach, case management, and coordination of resources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to identify and engage individuals experiencing homelessness
• Provide case management services to support clients in accessing housing and other essential needs
• Coordinate with community partners to secure resources and services for clients
• Document client interactions and progress in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or related field
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of local housing and social service resources
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay

$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
