We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of PCG, Human Services team, etc. We need headings for sections that have real content: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not include duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content present.
We have:
- Intro about PCG and Human Services team: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the introductory paragraph(s) describing the role and organization.
- Responsibilities: there is a big list under "Overall Responsibilities" and then "Responsibilities" bullet list. We'll combine into a
- list.
- Qualifications: there is a "Qualifications" section with bullet points.
- Required Skills: there is a "Required Skills" section with bullet list. Could map to "Skills" heading.
- Working Conditions: includes schedule (full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, travel, etc). Could be placed under "Schedule" heading (maybe also include location requirement). The instruction says include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: full-time Mon-Fri in-office 8am-5pm, flexibility to travel, regular attendance at meetings etc. So we can include Schedule.
- Compensation: there is a Compensation section with pay range $21.50 - $25.50 and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. Pay: include the range. Benefits: list medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
We must not include duplicated lines. The compensation text repeats some sentences; we need to extract unique info.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, etc. Also must not include "PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship." That's repeated; but it's substantive? It's a condition about sponsorship. Might be considered working conditions or maybe not required. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The sponsorship statement might be considered legal/boilerplate? It's about work authorization; could be considered a condition but maybe it's boilerplate. However it's repeated multiple times; but it's not exactly EEO. It's about sponsorship. Might be considered a condition but likely they want to remove it as it's standard boilerplate. Safer to omit.
Also "Must reside in San Diego County" is a requirement; could be part of Qualifications or Working Conditions. We'll include under Qualifications maybe as a bullet.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: e.g., "Ability to build rapport and establish productive relationships with participants, landlords, property managers, and community partners." etc.
We must not include headings with filler text. So we will only include sections that have content.
Thus sections:
- About the role: include the introductory paragraphs about PCG, Human Services team, role purpose.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Qualifications: education, experience, knowledge, bilingual preference, reside in San Diego County.
- Skills: required skills list.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: compensation range.
- Schedule: work schedule details (full-time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, travel, attendance at meetings etc).
We must not include "Requirements" heading separate from Qualifications? The instruction list includes Requirements as possible heading. But we have Qualifications covering education/experience; we could treat Requirements as same as Qualifications. But we already have Qualifications; we can omit Requirements heading to avoid thin sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine education/experience into Qualifications and not have separate Requirements.
Thus final HTML:

- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid having prose before list. So we could keep the introductory paragraph as prose under Responsibilities heading, then a
- for the bullet list items that are not already covered. However we risk missing some details if we omit the paragraph. Better to keep the paragraph as prose and then list the bullet items that add new info. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we can include the paragraph as prose and then list the bullet items (some may overlap but that's okay as long as we don't omit). Duplication is allowed? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should avoid duplicating the same exact sentence. Overlap in meaning but not exact same wording may be okay. Safer to just turn all responsibilities into a list, capturing each distinct duty. Let's extract distinct duties:
- Work directly with participants experiencing homelessness or housing instability to identify and overcome housing barriers.
- Secure
