The role is responsible for providing comprehensive housing navigation services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Navigate clients through various housing options and resources.
- Assist clients in applying for and securing housing.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the housing process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in housing services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using technology for client service.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and improving access to housing.
Skills
- Knowledge of local housing policies and regulations.
- Experience with housing databases and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
