HOUSING NAVIGATOR
About the role
Assessing resident needs and connecting individuals to housing support, social services, benefits, healthcare, and community-based resources. Coordinating referrals and follow-up services with internal departments, service providers, community organizations, and public agencies. Facilitating resident meetings, community programs, workshops, and service coordination activities. Maintaining accurate documentation, tracking resident outcomes, and supporting reporting, compliance, and case coordination requirements.

Pay range: $21 to $24 per hour.
