SHIFT: Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00PM to 12:30AM. On-call for after hour emergencies from 12:30AM to 8:00AM Sunday through Saturday. (This position lives on-site with an expectation of responding 24/7 to all urgent situations that arise within the facility.)

What We Offer

  • New hires for this position typically start between $17.30 and $23.35 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions.
  • Compensation details provided to support pay transparency, but individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What You'll Do

As a member of the PHS Housing team, we are committed to the mission and vision of providing supportive services that promote proactive social and independent living skills while employing effective business practices that support the success of the housing division. The Housing Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff and visitors while providing quality services and structured programming designed to promote successful community living. The Housing Monitor is also responsible to serve as liaison with community resource agencies to coordinate needed services.

What You'll Bring

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 6 months’ experience in human services, preferably working with homeless adults, the economically disadvantaged, mentally ill or chemically dependent.
  • Current CPR/First AID Certification or within two months of hire.
  • Knowledge of the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
  • Previous experience with homeless and/or offender populations.
  • College course work, or training in human services field.
