About the role

Volunteers of America North Louisiana seeks to hire a Housing Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housing services program, including coordination with clients, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the housing services program.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth program execution.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of housing units.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and program outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (housing, social work, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in housing management or related field.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of housing policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
