Housing Manager

About the role

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) Housing Program is hiring a Housing Manager to oversee properties in Harrison County, IN: Village of Corydon and Village Apartments of Marengo. This full-time (35 hours per week) position involves administrative tasks, data entry, housing software access, and document review.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative activities and data entry
• Access and utilize housing software programs
• Review housing files and documents
• Interact professionally with the public
• Maintain organized paperwork, adhere to regulations, and manage scheduling
• Travel locally and out-of-area as needed, including to other LHDC Housing locations

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience in housing management and/or the housing field preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance
• Ability to pass required background checks

Schedule

4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
