Housing Front Desk Attendant
Overall Responsibilities
The Front Desk Attendant is primarily responsible for ensuring safety and security in the building and for engaging in various other activities to support the wellness of residents.
- Maintains safety and security by monitoring and securing entrance to the building, documenting building entrances/exits, and responding to alarms.
- Engages in various activities to support the wellness of residents, such as answering and directing telephone calls, receiving mail and deliveries, assisting with fire drills, communicating with staff, and providing facility coverage.
- Supports medication management by assisting with medication monitoring as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Program Director and Front Desk Supervisor.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working with mentally ill adults is preferred.
