Housing Case Manager

Volunteers of America Colorado · Lakewood, CO · 1 mo ago
OTHR$24.5–$25.5/hrInternship
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Why Volunteers of America?" and description of organization. Likely "About the role" section includes description of role. We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We need to extract content. From posting: - Why Volunteers of America? (description of organization) could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". But we need to use headings as per list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. "About the role": could include description of Housing Case Manager role, purpose, etc. We'll include the paragraph about VOAC and role description. "Responsibilities": list of duties: Service Delivery, Housing Support, Community Engagement, Documentation & Compliance, Program Development, Professional Standards, plus Essential Duties And Responsibilities (Participant Engagement, Housing Support, Service Coordination, Program Implementation, Documentation & Compliance, Community Engagement, Professional Standards, Safety & Crisis Response). We'll combine into a list. "Requirements": maybe Minimum Qualifications? Or "Requirements" heading includes Minimum Qualifications and maybe other requirements like driver's license, etc. We'll include Minimum Qualifications. "Qualifications": maybe Preferred Qualifications. "Skills": Knowledge And Skills section. "Benefits": list of benefits: Vacation Time, Separate Sick Time, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, Personal Days, Volunteer/Wellness Day, Tuition Assistance, Pension Plan 403b Retirement Plan with Agency Match, Health, Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance, Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Employee Assistance/Work-Life Balance Program, Employee Discount Program, LifeLock with Norton, Public Service Loan Forgiveness. "Pay": Pay Range: $24.50-25.50 /hourly. "Schedule": Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full time 40 hours per week Tuesday through Saturday– 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Also Working Conditions And Physical Requirements maybe could be part of Requirements? But we have no heading for that; we could include under Requirements or maybe not create a separate section. Since we only have set headings, we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or maybe into Responsibilities? Better to put under Requirements as additional requirement. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce something like:
