About the role

CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc., an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, seeks a full-time ESG Housing Case Manager in Columbia/Montour Counties.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of housing barriers and needs
• Development of an action plan and goals to remove barriers and locate/maintain housing
• Landlord outreach
• Coordination of services and referrals
• Community outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience indicating possession of relevant skills, knowledge, and abilities
• A valid PA driver's license
• Clearances: Act 34, 151, and 114
