Houseperson/Shuttle Driver for Aloft St. Louis Cortex

About the role

This person will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel to brand, company and guest satisfaction. WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, counts, folds, marks, or carries linens.
• Makes beds.
• Replenishes guestroom supplies such as coffee, glasses, shampoo, soap, and other amenities.
• Sweeps and scrubs bathroom floors.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Scrubbs bathroom vanity, toilet, mirrors, walls and bathroom fan.
• Maintains public space cleanliness.
• Drives company shuttle as needed.
• May perform minor maintenance tasks on the weekends.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willing to drive the hotel shuttle to and from our parking garage.
• Experience or knowledge in maintenance areas is a plus!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Physical stamina.
