Responsibilities
- Deliver requested items, such as refrigerators, pillows, rollaway, cribs, etc., to guest rooms.
- Clean restrooms in assigned areas, vacuum all halls, lobbies, and edges; clean all hall railings, marks on wallpaper, stairwells, and lockers.
- Empty all trash and linen from the Guest Room Attendant’s carts as needed.
- Provide outstanding service when interacting with guests, focusing on problem-solving, attention to detail, and ensuring their safety.
