Maintain cleanliness and appearance

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including hallways, lobby, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.
• Deliver linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms or room attendants as requested.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Replenish housekeeping closets and carts with supplies as needed.

Support Guest Satisfaction

• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure excellent service delivery.
• Aid in setting up or breaking down meeting rooms and special setups as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to management.

Housekeeping Operations Support

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry and storage rooms.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent bending, lifting, standing, and walking.
