Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of clubhouses, locker rooms, restrooms, fitness areas, dining spaces, and event venues to luxury-level standards expected by members and guests.
- Support & Logistics: Deliver linens, towels, supplies, and equipment throughout the property, supporting housekeeping, fitness, and food & beverage operations.
- Trash & Linen Removal: Remove soiled linens and waste from all service areas; ensure proper disposal and timely replenishment of clean items.
- Furniture & Event Setup: Assist with the setup and breakdown of private events, banquets, golf tournaments, and social functions, including moving and arranging furniture and equipment.
- Maintenance Support: Perform minor upkeep tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting maintenance concerns to ensure facilities remain in top condition.
- Guest & Member Service: Provide prompt, courteous assistance to members and guests, maintaining a polished and professional presence consistent with a high-end private club environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, country club, or hotel environments preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on member satisfaction.
