The hospital is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Worker – 2nd shift to provide a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Ensure bathrooms and shower rooms are cleaned daily
- Ensure all trash removed daily
- Floors are mopped daily
- Walls and ceilings are cleaned as needed
- Dust mop and wet mop floors daily
- Remove trash buffing weekly
Requirements
- General knowledge in cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, dayrooms, floor finishing, and cleaning/operating housekeeping equipment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand work instructions, safety guidelines, and complete required documentation
- Perform basic math calculations
- Lift heavy objects
- Stand for prolonged periods and walk on various surfaces
- Climb ladders, work on knees, and work in various conditions

Pay
Hiring range: $35,524 to $46,000 (Pay Band 1)
