Housekeeping - Window Attendant - Full Time
About the role
The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Housekeeping Window Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and enthusiasm. This position offers the opportunity to shape the guest experience by demonstrating the Golden Rule in interactions.
What You’ll Do
- Counsels oneself in a professional manner at all times.
- Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
- Dresses in issued uniform and maintains a neat, clean, and tidy appearance.
- Reports to shift on time.
- Aware of schedule at all times and notifies the Department Manager if unable to attend work.
- Follows weekly schedule for Public Area locations requiring cleaning.
- Maintains cleanliness of all Specialty Suites; windows to be cleaned upon every arrival and connecting rooms (if same party), and then on every third day of guests' stay.
- Coordinates with Rooms Control to enter stayover rooms when a Room Attendant is present.
- Checks with the Housekeeping Department for any Public Area locations needing attention outside the weekly schedule and any guest rooms that may require attention.
- Signed in/out floor keys.
- Reports to assigned areas with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
What To Bring
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- A high school diploma preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
