Housekeeping Supervisor II

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervise all the housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain the general appearance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Inspects the work of the staff to ensure the proper cleaning and finishing of all items managed by the unit.
• Captures facility readiness for all events and activities.
• Maintains a complete inventory of all janitorial, linen, laundry, and equipment.
• Orders all janitorial, linen, laundry, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepares and maintains records and reports of housekeeping operation.
• Collaborates with the collection and distribution of laundry, resident's clothing, uniforms, and linens with all related units of the facility.
• Create work schedules.
• Plans and organizes Policies and Procedures for Housekeeping Department, in accordance with the Policies and Procedures for KSB.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects the employees.
• Trains housekeeping employees in the proper performance of their duties.

Requirements

• Three years of housekeeping or laundry duties in a commercial or institutional operation.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• No substitute education for experience.
• No substitute experience for education.
• No special requirements mentioned.

Pay

Salary: $2,459.44 - $3,209.70 Monthly
