As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll help ensure our guest rooms and public spaces consistently reflect our standards of cleanliness and care. You’ll support daily operations, coordinate team assignments, conduct quality checks, assist with training, and help manage linen, supplies, and cleaning schedules. Your leadership and commitment to excellence will empower our team to work efficiently and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations and coordinate team assignments
• Conduct quality checks on guest rooms and public spaces
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Manage linen, supplies, and cleaning schedules
• Monitor productivity and support departmental budgets
• Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail
• Solve problems quickly while keeping guest satisfaction a priority
• Create a safe, respectful, and positive work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience required
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to use computers and basic office applications; Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety standards
• Ability to manage assignments, monitor productivity, and support departmental budgets
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active hotel environment requiring movement throughout guest rooms, public areas, and housekeeping spaces
• Ability to assist with housekeeping duties when staffing needs require
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen in accordance with safety procedures
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting operational deadlines
