Responsibilities
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff throughout the shift.
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure compliance with Hyatt Regency brand standards.
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready and address any deficiencies prior to guest arrival.
- Monitor room status, prioritize assignments, and communicate updates with the Front Office and other departments.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to housekeeping colleagues to support performance and development.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve service concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain inventory levels of linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products.
- Aid in scheduling priorities, special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, and department goals.
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year hotel experience, preferably in housekeeping.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
- Prior Supervisory experience (preferred).
- Flexible availability, including weekend and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
