We are looking for a dependable, positive, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team at Residence Inn by Marriott in Avondale. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team each day.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign rooms and monitor daily housekeeping progress.
• Train, coach, and encourage team members.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns.
• Work closely with the front Desk and Maintenance teams
• Lead by example and help create a positive team culture.

Schedule

Must have a flexible schedule. Weekend availability is required, including some weekend as needed. Must be willing to adjust your schedule based on hotel occupancy.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, friendly, and take pride in their work. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to lead are just as important.
