We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at our large senior living community in Sun City. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the community
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Create and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
• Clean resident apartments and common areas as scheduled
• Promote excellent customer service and a positive team culture

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, infection control, and workplace safety practices
• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products
• Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties when needed
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, or the ability to obtain one

Full-Time Availability Required: Weekends, Day & Evening Availability
