Housekeeping Supervisor Requirements: High school diploma preferredPrior long-term care facility experience requiredBusiness and personnel management training preferredKnowledge of OSHA and IDPH regulations related to housekeeping and laundryStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills As a Skilled Housekeeping Supervisor, You Will: Recruit, interview, and verify references to ensure proper staffing levelsSupervise staff scheduling to maintain uninterrupted service to residentsOversee purchasing, storage, and distribution of all housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry suppliesEnsure all equipment remains in proper working conditionWork as a weekend supervisor as part of the Department Head monthly rotationPerform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator A Workplace That Cares About You!
