Schedule

Full‑Time

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate community housekeeping programs to maintain safe, clean, and comfortable areas for residents and guests.
• Develop schedules for the housekeeping team.
• Communicate cleaning schedule changes to residents and/or family members.
• Conduct daily inspections of the interior of the community, immediately addressing any deficiencies to ensure safety.
• Coordinate cleaning of rent‑ready and move‑in‑ready apartments.
• Train new and existing staff in community and state‑required policies and procedures.
• Hire and supervise the housekeeping team.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of housekeeping experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management position in housekeeping or environmental services.
