Housekeeping Supervisor

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Works with cleaning crew and ensures that projects are completed on time.
• Assigns employees to designated work rotation areas.
• Works with trainers and housekeeping employees on the use of equipment, chemicals, and cleaning rotation.
• Supervises and coaches employees in their duties and conducts performance evaluations.
• Oversees public relations issues with internal and external customers.
• Responsible for recording attendance, reviewing time sheets, and completing absence from duty paperwork.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in the housekeeping field.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Attention to details.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Indoor and outdoor environment.
• Working on wet floors.
• Exposure to chemicals.
• May require working from ladders.
• Exposed to all types of waste.
• Standing and walking for eight-hour shifts.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
