Under the direction of the Housekeeping Operations Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring successful deployment of QA contractors, maintaining quality standards, and fostering accountability within the department.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard QA contractors.
- Maintain ongoing communication with QA Lead to hire new contractors as needed.
- Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional teams to ensure cleaning standards are met and address any deficiencies.
- Supervise the QA Lead and QA Coordinators, ensuring departmental goals are met efficiently.
- Oversee the collection, inventory, and processing of parking passes, ensuring they are maintained by the QA team while resolving any issues related to availability or distribution.
- Maintain intermediate involvement in daily housekeeping operations, empowering team member(s) to execute tasks effectively.
- Monitor contractor performance and address concerns in partnership with the QA Lead.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose strategies to optimize workflows.
- Support any additional needs of coordinator, lead, and manager.
- Maintain software systems assistance and coordinate/update data within systems.
- Help support and work with the entire housekeeping department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Well-developed administrative and organizational skills demonstrated in ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communications to multiple stakeholders both internal and external.
- Advanced interpersonal skills to build and cultivate strong relationships with team and homeowners.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability and outstanding customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and proactivity.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with varying hours, especially during peak season.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Pay
$22 - $24 / hour

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, flexibility with hours is required, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ between in-season and off-season. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
