Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Schedule and supervise other laundry/housekeeping personnel.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Enhance safety and sanitary conditions.
• Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and colleagues.
• Take pride in making a difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
