Housekeeping Supervisor

Position purpose

Supports management by supervising the work activities of Room Attendants and House Attendants to ensure clean, orderly, safe, and attractive guestrooms, public and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision of assigned housekeeping associates to ensure job duties are completed
• Inspects and evaluates work performance of associates to ensure standards are being met and all Covid-19 protocols are in place
• Trains associates regarding job duties and quality standards
• Ensures that all designated guestrooms receive service
• Completes needed reports as assigned/needed

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to exercise judgment and implement control over the performance of others
• Ability to provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance to subordinates
• Ability to communicate effectively to associates (Bi-lingual a plus)
• Flexible schedule

Pay & benefits

Pay Starts at $25.00 per hour.
