Housekeeping Supervisor

Position Summary:** The Housekeeping Supervisor is a **full-time seasonal position** responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations at the Country Inn. This role ensures that all rooms and public areas meet **Jiminy Peak\'s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.** The Supervisor provides leadership and direction to the housekeeping team, coordinates daily assignments, and maintains effective communication with other departments to support smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. **Reports to:** Housekeeping Manager **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Supervise and direct housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards. - Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to support performance and consistency. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, owner units, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. - Communicate daily with the **Front Desk** and **Owners Department** to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and special requests are handled promptly. - Respond to guest and owner feedback, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Review guest survey results and take corrective action where needed. - Maintain accurate records of room assignments, inspections, and inventory of keys, supplies, and equipment. - Promote a positive and team-oriented work environment focused on service excellence and attention to detail. Qualifications:** - Must be at least **18 years of age.** - **2 - 3 years of experience** in the hotel or hospitality industry required; Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred. - Strong Leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Friendly, professional, and customer service - oriented demeanor. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. **JOB CODE: 4225-210**
