Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet HVMG’s cleanliness and quality standards. Train, support, and inspect the work of room attendants and housepersons while coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and inspect rooms
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence

Hotel experience is a plus. Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.
