Housekeeping Supervisor

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you take pride in the team’s work and uphold high standards—inspecting every room until it sparkles. You train and coach the team to meet operational standards while ensuring both team and guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested.
• Create assignments for team members and inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Train room attendants to complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets to ensure proper stocking.
• Delegate daily tasks to the house porter to maintain cleanliness of trash chute rooms.
• Communicate with Front Office staff about housekeeping delays or issues and update room status as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and a guest-first mentality.
• Ability to efficiently clean multiple rooms and property areas in a timely manner.
• Bilingual (Spanish + English).
