About the role

Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring a full‑time Housekeeping Supervisor to serve residents in independent living, personal care, memory care, and the skilled nursing facility. The position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community, ensuring a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment while supporting the health‑center laundry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry.
• Ensure all health‑center laundry is properly sorted, washed, and dried in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain laundry areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a resort, hotel, or medical setting.
• Ability to generate a warm, friendly, and caring first impression.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
