Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all housekeepers
• Order supplies, chemicals, and equipment
• Assist with budget preparation
• Operate within budgetary guidelines
• Maintain excellent relations with residents
• Promote good departmental morale

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
