About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Elm Crest Manor in New Salem, ND.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of all areas
- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of rooms and common areas
- Train and mentor new team members
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices
