Housekeeping Supervisor
About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the Housekeeping staff. Key responsibilities include keeping supplies ready by restocking housekeeping supplies; ordering new supplies as needed; keeping equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs; and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the Housekeeping Staff
- Keeping supplies ready by restocking housekeeping supplies; ordering new supplies as needed
- Keeping equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with security regulations
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum five years' experience in working environment
- Minimum three years housekeeping experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
Qualifications
Position requires a minimum high school diploma and a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement. Must have a minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare setting, including a minimum of three years' experience in housekeeping and a minimum of two years' supervisory experience.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is preferred.

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule.
Schedule
Part-time (22.5+ hours/week) and Full-time positions available.
