Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness within our home, working closely with the maintenance and management teams to ensure every room is well looked after.
• Lead a dedicated team of housekeepers, inspiring them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Supervise housekeeping and laundry assistants, managing staff rotas, providing any required training, and ensuring that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping role, completing work to high standards and taking pride in maintaining an organised environment.
• Strong communication skills to lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service, and the ability to work independently, prioritizing and delegating tasks among your team where necessary.
• An approachable and caring nature, enjoying getting to know each of our residents and working closely with other teams.
