About the role

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms that are staying over and checking out.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service and showcase a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that all housekeeping department standards are consistently met.
• Promptly attend to and fulfill any special requests made by guests.
• Efficiently manage and maintain inventory levels.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel.

Requirements

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
