Housekeeping - Room Attendant - New Bedford Harbor Hotel, Downtown New Bedford

We are searching for both Full-Time and Part-Time Hotel Room Attendants to join our team in New Bedford, MA. Work in a positive, friendly environment with cross-training, career growth, and mentorship programs. Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms that are staying over and checking out
• Exemplify exceptional customer service and showcase a genuine passion for guest satisfaction
• Ensure that all housekeeping department standards are consistently met
• Promptly attend to and fulfill any special requests made by guests
• Efficiently manage and maintain inventory levels
• Promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel

Requirements

• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Previous housekeeping experience a plus, but not necessary
• Reliable transportation

Pay

$15–$17 per hour

Schedule

• Must have weekend availability
• Day shift
