Housekeeping Manager (Belton Chalet)

About the role

This is a full-time, seasonal position as part of our Spring/Summer 2026 hiring. The role is expected to run from April 22, 2026, through October 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc.
• Communicates with front desk and Lodge general management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and prepared
• Ensures staff spaces are clean and sanitized
• Invests in housekeeping team through training and teaching
• Maintains quality control through room inspection
• Affords assistance to guests and teammates where necessary
• Affords assistance to team with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Affords assistance with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets

Requirements

• 1-2 years housekeeping management experience required
• Prior high-volume hotel/season housekeeping experience preferred
• You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
• Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
• Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
• Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
• Organized with a great eye for detail
• A good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
