Responsibilities

• Guide the Housekeeping and Laundry teams with a supportive, hands-on approach that keeps daily operations flowing smoothly
• Encourage consistent cleanliness and safety practices, helping the team maintain guest spaces and employee areas without rigid oversight
• Handle leadership responsibilities — such as scheduling, payroll, and financial tasks — in a way that supports team needs and adapts to the rhythm of the day

Requirements

• A warm, service-driven attitude and a genuine desire to support your team
• Interest in coaching and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Strong communication and listening skills, with an eye for detail and a calm, steady presence
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment where plans may shift and flexibility is key
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to guide the team through unexpected challenges
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience; familiarity with the brand or an upscale property is a plus

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a hotel setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Experience with payroll and financial management
