Responsibilities

• Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
• Ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, and scheduling

Requirements

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication and listening skills, and a great eye for detail
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• Ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required
• Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus
