Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensuring compliance with cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction processes and procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas
• Executing leadership tasks including financial management, payroll, scheduling, etc.

Requirements

• A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
• An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders
• Excellent communication, listening, and detail skills
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
• The ability to creatively problem solve and deliver results
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property (preferred)
