Job Description
You will:
- Be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed
- Assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members
- Respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
- Conduct performance reviews
- Manage and monitor assigned buildings
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- A qualified individual will possess a proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years.
- A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
